Pokemon Go cracks $1.2 billion in a year

Pffft... that flash in the pan augmented reality Pokemon game only made a little more than a billion in a year. And by 'a little' more I mean around $200 million more.

I'm sure a few games out there would love that rounding error as their annual income.

It might have flatted out to a loyal player base, but it's been one hell of a year for Niantic Labs.
