It’s the very first episode of Byteside Tech from the Shelbourne Hotel in Sydney, and it’s now live online for your enjoyment.

Featuring Nick Broughall from Gizmodo Australia, Angus Kidman from Lifehacker Australia, Joseph Hanlon from CNET Australia, and Nick Ross, Publisher of The Overclocker and MacTheMagazine.

We’re talking Telstra separation, the state of the smartphone market and wireless data networks, plus we show off some of the best gadgets we’ve seen in the past few weeks. Strangely it seems cameras with bonus screens seem to be very hot right now!

Byteside Tech is supported by Sennheiser and Trend Micro.

Yep, we know the audio is low. We’ll be updating this video with a version with better audio – after the Games show goes live shortly.

Ooh, me and Jo don’t look quite as gay as I feared: in our identical costumes and all.

I seem to have Nic Healey’s arms too. Must wear that shirt more.

Top night out lads! I’ll read some news next time.
